 Trek Leaders / Guides

Lead trekking groups, ensure safety, and provide an enriching mountain experience. Ideal for experienced trekkers with leadership skills.

 Assistant Guides

Support trek leaders in managing groups, logistics, and safety during treks. A great opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

 Customer Support Executives

Handle inquiries, assist clients with bookings, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

 Marketing & Social Media Managers

Create engaging content, manage social platforms, and promote our brand while sharing the beauty of the Himalayas.

 Operations Coordinators

Plan and manage trek logistics, coordinate with teams on the ground, and ensure seamless execution of all operations.

 What We’re Looking For

We value attitude as much as experience. Ideal candidates should have:

 A genuine passion for trekking, nature, and sustainability
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 A team-oriented mindset with a sense of responsibility
 Ability to adapt in challenging environments
 Prior experience (preferred but not mandatory for some roles)
 Basic knowledge of first aid and mountain safety (a plus for field roles)
