Day 1: Haridwar To Guptkashi
– Drive: 170 km (8hours)
– Highlights: Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Dhara Devi Temple
– Overnight: Guptkashi
Day 2: Guptkashi To Kedarnath Temple
• Drive: 30 km to Sonprayag, 18 km trek to Kedarnath
• Highlights: Gaurikund, Kedarnath Temple
• Overnight: Kedarnath
Day 3: Kedarnath Temple To Guptkashi
• Trek: 18 km back to Gaurikund, 30 km drive to Guptkashi
• Highlights: Morning temple darshan
• Overnight: Guptkashi
Day 4: Guptkashi To Badrinath Dham
• Drive: 185 km (7-8 hours)
• Highlights: Chopta, Joshimath, Badrinath Temple
• Overnight: Badrinath
Day 5: Badrinath Dham To Haridwar

Who Can Participate
•Age Requirement: Minimum 9 years.
•Experience: First-timers are welcome; prior trekking experience is an advantage.
• Fitness Criteria:
• Should be able to jog 5 km in 35 minutes without stress, OR 10 km in 80 minutes without stress.
• If cycling, should be able to cover 10 km in 30 minutes comfortably.
• Backpack Capacity:
• If carrying own backpack – should manage 10–12 kg load.
• If opting for off-loading – should be able to carry a 3–5 kg daypack.
• Health & BMI:
• Trekkers should ideally have a BMI between 18–29.
• If outside this range, please consult our Trek Coordinator before booking.
